Current configuration
The website uses only cookies, local storage and technical tools required for operation, security, language management, forms and the booking process. Profiling cookies, behavioural advertising, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and other marketing tools are not currently active.
Technical website tools
- Technical and language preferences: keep the selected language and other settings required for navigation.
- Security and service continuity: protect forms, sessions, infrastructure and requests against abuse and malfunction.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: technical anti-spam and anti-bot verification. It may use device signals and, depending on its configuration, strictly necessary identifiers or cookies.
- Booking process: uses technical identifiers required to preserve the consistency, security and idempotency of operations.
Stripe Checkout
When the user chooses to pay, they are redirected to a secure page hosted by Stripe. In that environment Stripe may use its own cookies and technologies to provide the payment, authenticate the user, prevent fraud, remember preferences and, if selected by the user, provide services such as Link. These tools are governed by Stripe’s notices and are not installed by the Waves & Dreams website before the redirect. Users may consult Stripe’s Privacy Policy and cookie settings.
External and social links
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, maps or other external services are activated only when selected by the user. The website does not currently embed social widgets or advertising content from those platforms merely by displaying its pages. After a click, processing is governed by the external service’s own privacy notice.
Consent and banner
Strictly necessary cookies and technical tools do not require prior consent, but they must be described transparently. Therefore, the current configuration does not require a consent banner for analytics or commercial purposes. Before non-exempt analytics, profiling or marketing tools are activated, the website will be updated with a consent system offering equivalent accept and reject choices.
Browser controls
Users can delete or block cookies and local data through their browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary tools may prevent forms, security, language, booking or payment functions from working correctly. Instructions vary according to the browser and device used.
Updates
